It focuses on three core areas: green waste management, frugal innovation, and micro-entrepreneurship within the circular economy framework. This course equips learners with practical skills and innovative approaches to drive sustainability in their respective fields.

The learner programme

The learner programme is a high-level training programme for
students that will develop their knowledge in three major areas:

Green Waste Management/ Circular Economy

Frugal Innovation and foundations of innovative technologies Green Waste & Circular Economy

Foundations for Circular Economy Micro-Entrepreneurship

The learners' programme will take place in each country

Interested candidates are invited to apply through the designated recruitment forms for each country below.

The deadline for submission of applications is 20th January 2026.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and selected participants will be formally notified ahead of the start of the training programme.

GHANA

This course introduces learners to the potential of acquiring green skills, recycling technologies, sustainable materials, and entrepreneurship. It equips students with practical skills to turn waste into valuable products while contributing to climate action and sustainable development in Africa.

Study format: Hybrid (Online & In-person)

Circular Business Models: From Idea to Implementation

Angola

This course introduces young learners to circular economy principles, solid waste management, and green entrepreneurship. Participants will gain practical skills to collect, treat, and transform waste into income-generating products, improving their social and economic opportunities in Angola.

Study format: In-person (CFP-DB centers in Benguela and Cuanza Norte)

Training Hours: 3 months, starts 2nd February, 2026

Monday to Friday, 2 hours per session (10 hours per week)
